1  Cheese cooked in milk and Turmeric and other spices .

2   Rajmaash   ( Beans )cooked with Red Chilly Powder , spices  and curd or Tomatoes 

3 Plain Rice 

4 Lotus Stems ( Nadru ) cooked in Curd and spices 

5 Dumm Allu or Potatoes deep fried and then cooked in red chilly powder , spices and a little curd .

6 Kadaai Cauliflower fried in oil an cooked with  chilly powder and spices .

7 Fried  Brinjals ( Khattey  Baingan )  cooked  in spices , red chilly Powder and tamarind paste .


7  Mashed Radish (Mooli  Chutney ) in Curd and Green Chillies,



8 Sweet Rice  ( Meetha Pullav ) with Dry Fruits and saffron and  garnished with Desi Ghee .

9 Naan or Chapati .


10 Green Leafy Haak .
